Our Mechanical Dock Leveler has a ratchet style hold down that keeps your leveler locked in place. A 16” standard lip will allow for ease of loading and un-loading.

The “floating” deck design will adjust to uneven loading applications, allowing deck to cant with load, rather than stressing or twisting top deck. Standard capacity of our mechanical dock leveler is 27,000lbs, and we offer a heavy-duty 35,000lb leveler as well.

For years of limited maintenance use, we recommend our Hydraulic Dock Leveler. This hydraulic leveler will hold up to the demands of your high traffic docks and high capacity demands. These push button activated levelers run on either single or three-phase power. There are many features to choose from, such as auto return to cross traffic, overhead door interlock and longer lips. Every hydraulic dock leveler features a hydraulic deck cylinder, hydraulic lip cylinder, velocity fuse and UL approved control box.
