Features: Carpet rams are manufactured from high tensile steel. Standard rams are 2.5" in diameter. Standard rams have a 2,500lb. capacity evenly distributed. Larger diameter rams are available upon request. Fork mounted styles will handle up to 2.25" by 7" forks
Description: Carpet rams are designed to move and place rolls of carpet and padding. The forklift carpet pole is constructed out of 2.5” diameter, high-tensile strength stress proof bar. All carpet rams feature a tapered tip for ease of entering carpet roles without damaging them. Standard capacity is 2500lbs.
Class 2 and Class 3 mount forklift carpet poles include a locking pin to keep the back plate from moving on the forklift. Bottom hangers bolt against the carriage bar to secure back plate to forklift.
For easy on/off application, we recommend the fork mount. The inverted fork mount is designed to improve forklift stability and turning radius versus the standard fork mount when carrying product. All fork mounts come standard with a safety chain to secure carpet ram to forklift.
